Customer Review: Good product expecially with people with bad backs
I bought this product about a month ago. It is easy to assemble and the thick metal makes the bench itself sturdy. It is easy to make adjustments to it. The stretching bands seem well made and I think that it would take a lot to snap them. I use this product fairly often and fell like I get a great workout from it. The only down falls that I can voice are, 1) that the back of the seat is sort of shaky, but not terribly, 2) I ordered the red and black colored device, but was sent the gray and black one. I did not want to return it because then I would have paid a fortune in shipping since the equipment is like 50- 60lbs. 3) the machine takes up quite a bit of space, and there is no way to minimize the amount of space that it takes up, since you have to bolt it together it would be too time consuming to take it apart to slide under a bed or something, so be planned to lose that much amount of space in your home.
I think that is all the negative aspects of this item, but I would recommend it to anyone who has a bad back and is interested in doing ab exercises. I have a horrible back, so I bought this and when I'm done exercising the only thing that hurts is my abs.
Just a couple of side notes, the machine's max weight limit is 220lbs, and there is only a 90 day limited warranty. But overall it is a great product.
